Meet Victoria
Hi there, I’m Victoria!
I am a Christian wife & mama of two boys.
I am an Integrative & Functional Nutrition dietitian who specializes in women’s health and fertility.
I help women with unexplained infertility identify the root causes of their fertility challenges — so they can move forward with clarity and confidence without feeling pressured into interventions they are not ready for.
Through functional nutrition, whole-body investigation, and faith-integrated care, I replace guesswork with a personalized, root-cause plan that gives my clients real answers and a real path forward.
I know what it is like to be stuck in the gaps.
I have sat in the exam rooms. I have heard the reassurances that did not reassure. I have been told it was fine to go without a period for over a year — and then, when I finally got answers, been told I probably would not be able to conceive without medical intensive medical interventions.
I know what that moment feels like. The quiet grief of it. The frustration of having a body that is trying to tell you something, and a system that keeps handing you a protocol instead of a reason.
My own journey is what sparked everything that followed — the clinical training, the framework, this practice. I became a practitioner because I needed one and could not find her. Today, I have dedicated my career to being exactly that for someone else.
If you are in a season of unanswered questions, I want you to know: your story is not over. God has more in store for you. And the answers your body has been communicating — they are findable. Let’s find them together.
You are not broken. When you work with me, we will make sense of the pieces together.
I have worked with many women each with their own story, but all with the same goal—to optimize their fertility. This often comes with the goal of getting pregnant, but fertility is more than that, fertility IS health. When your hormones are working together, you can’t help but feel your best! Balanced hormones lead to mood enhancement, better sleep, painless periods, and yes, even a healthy pregnancy when you’re ready! In other words, being “fertile” is just another way of saying your body’s hormones are working together in the beautiful harmony they were intended.
I’ve experienced the disappointment and frustration that comes with being stuck in the gaps of conventional treatments. From being told it was “fine” to go without a period for over a year, to being told I probably wouldn’t be able to get pregnant without the help of medications due to a PCOS diagnosis.
I know what it’s like to struggle with finding answers.
But instead of leaving my story there, I did the research. I put in the work. I got my period back, shortened my cycles, and went on to get pregnant naturally and carry my sons to full term! My story is what sparked my passion to help women with their cycles and their fertility.
Today, I’ve dedicated my career to being the practitioner that I wish I had in those times. I use my experiences, both personally and professionally, to help women realize their story isn’t over yet. God has more in store for them.
This means finally trusting their own body again, cultivating a positive relationship with food, achieving their healthy hormone goals, and integrating all forms of wellness into their lives.
You are not broken. When you work with me, we will make sense of the pieces together.
