Meet Victoria

Hi there, I’m Victoria!

I am an Integrative & Functional Nutrition dietitian who specializes in women’s health.

I help women with absent or irregular cycles nourish their bodies and balance their hormones, so that they can conceive naturally.

Unlike conventional protocols, I use a whole-body approach with faith-based coaching to help my clients reconnect with their bodies, regulate their cycles, and optimize their fertility.

I have worked with many women each with their own story, but all with the same goal—to optimize their fertility. This often comes with the goal of getting pregnant, but fertility is more than that, fertility IS health. When your hormones are working together, you can’t help but feel your best! Balanced hormones lead to mood enhancement, better sleep, painless periods, and yes, even a healthy pregnancy when you’re ready! In other words, being “fertile” is just another way of saying your body’s hormones are working together in the beautiful harmony they were intended.

I’ve experienced the disappointment and frustration that comes with being stuck in the gaps of conventional treatments. From being told it was “fine” to go without a period for over a year, to being told I probably wouldn’t be able to get pregnant without the help of medications. From dealing with long, irregular cycles that made conceiving a challenge, to being offered the Pill as the only way of getting regular cycles. I know what it’s like to struggle with finding answers. But instead of leaving my story there, I did the research. I put in the work. I got my period back, shortened my cycles, and went on to get pregnant naturally and carry my son to full term! My story is what sparked my passion to help women with their cycles and their fertility.

Today, I’ve dedicated my career to being the practitioner that I wish I had in those times. I use my experiences, both personally and professionally, to help women realize their story isn’t over yet. God has more in store for them.

This means finally trusting their own body again, cultivating a positive relationship with food, achieving their healthy hormone goals, and integrating all forms of wellness into their lives.

You are not broken. When you work with me, we will make sense of the pieces together.
